Smiles to Go by Jerry Spinelli
This book is one for a teenager who is into skateboarding,
Monopoly, and science. This book is about a kid named Will Tuppence who
finds out that literally nothing lasts forever because a proton died.
But despite what he knows Will and his friends BT and Mi-Su have lots
of crazy fun. Will's little sister Tabby also gets Will into some deep
trouble (if anyone has a little sister they would know). But all in all
Will's life is pretty normal if you count that he is one of the most
unnoticable kids in school, and a complete science nerd.
Overall it is a pretty good book with lots of climactic points. I really enjoyed how the book incorporated emotion in a way that makes it feel as if you were going through them. The book itself is very well written. although I thought it lacked a little in origionality. If you liked this book then you would probably like other books by Jerry Spinelli. Out of five I would probably give it a four.
