Shopping from Home

Books may be purchased from Cranesbill Books from the comfort of your own home. To order by phone, call us at (734) 433-BOOK and let us know you would like to order a book. The ordering process only takes a few minutes, to get information about the item, shipping details and payment method.

If you are interested in ordering a book outside of our store hours, contact us via email with the following information:

The title and author of the book, and any other details you wish to provide (hard cover, soft cover, signed, etc.). The ISBN number is helpful, or we can look it up for you.
Your full name and phone number so we may contact you to complete the order.
The address where you would like the book shipped. If you prefer, we can hold your book for you at the store for pickup.
When receive your order during our normal store hours, we will then call you to complete your order. NOTE: Your order is not complete until we have verified the order with you via telephone. For security reasons, please do NOT email your credit card number to us (or anyone else!)

SHIPPING

For items Cranesbills Books has in stock, we will ship your item via UPS or USPS. Items not in our store can be shipped direct-to-home from our distributor. Please let us know how soon you need the book so we can select the appropriate shipping method. Shipping charges will be applied to your total.
